Schneider Electric Erie PopTop AP Series spring return proportional actuator for VM Series modulating zone valves. Features 24 VAC power input with proportional control signal options including 0-10 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 5-10 VDC, or 4-20 mA. Normally closed (N.C.) spring return action ensures fail-safe valve closure on power loss. Rotary actuator design with 2 min. 30 sec. nominal stroke time and 2 min. 45 sec. total run time. PopTop design allows easy actuator removal and replacement without disturbing piping. High input impedance (>200K ohms for VDC, 300 ohms for mA) ensures compatibility with standard building automation controllers. NEMA 1 enclosure with terminal block connections. Equal percentage flow characteristics provide precise temperature control in hydronic heating and cooling applications. Compatible with 1/2" to 1-1/4" VM Series two-way and three-way zone valves.
