Eligible Hardware: JACE 8000 and JACE 834 models (excludes demo equipment).
Active SMA Required: The current JACE 8000 model must have an active Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) at the time of license transfer. The expiration date of the SMA will persist after the 8000-to-9000 license transfer.
New Hardware Purchase: You must purchase an unlicensed JACE 9000 controller and JACE 9000 SD card to complete the transfer.
Transfer Fee: A license transfer fee applies for each transaction.
Notice of License Charge Obligation: The original SD card(s) associated with this purchase must be returned to Tridium within 45 days of license transfer. Failure to return the SD card will result in a charge for the full JACE 9000 software license, which you agree to pay in full.
