Warranty Returns 

With manufacturer approval, Building Controls & Solutions provides advanced warranty credits in good faith.  If the manufacturer deems the product functional or outside of warranty coverage, a re-bill, including return shipping charges, will be applied to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return once the order is placed, including, but not limited to:

  • Special order items, such as custom dampers or valve assemblies
  • Items that have been installed or have damaged packaging
  • Items that are out of warranty
  • Original and return freight charges are non-refundable

Returning An Item

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.  Contact us for an RMA using one of the methods below:

To process your return, ensure you have the following details ready:

  • Your original purchase order (PO) number
  • BCS order or invoice number
